How to Judge:

All eligible Entries will be judged a qualified panel of judges on or about September 7, 2020on the basis of following judging criteria to determine 20 top-scored:

• Relevance to Theme of Most Deserving (40%),
• Creativity/Originality (30%) and
• Sincerity (30%) 

Public voting to select winners:

Top 20 confirmed finalists’ entries will be posted on the website from September 15, 2020, through September 25, 2020. Anyone can give a vote to be helpful to determine the ultimate winners.
