Limit

• Limit of one entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses, devices, accounts, or identities used. A submitted entry remains eligible for subsequent monthly drawings until the entrant wins, 12 months have passed since submission, or the Giveaway ends, whichever occurs first. If the Giveaway continues beyond 12 months from the entry date, the entrant may submit a new entry.
• Previous winners may submit another entry but cannot be selected to win again.
• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction when entering and are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older.
• Important Geographic Restriction: Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island may enter but are not eligible to win. Eligibility is based on the entrant's state of residence, not the registry's delivery address. Void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

Random Drawing

The Administrator conducts a separate random drawing after the close of each monthly entry period. Up to eight winners are selected per monthly drawing from all eligible entries. Exact drawing dates are not specified.

Eligibility and registry validity are verified before purchases are made. Winners are not notified in advance and usually first learn they have won through a purchase notification from their registry retailer. Legendairy Milk may also contact winners by email but is not required to send additional notification.

No winner response or prize acceptance is required. Prize purchases are made within 30 days following the applicable drawing, and items are shipped directly to the delivery address associated with each winning registry.
