Limit

• Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii and locations outside the United States are excluded.
• Both nominators and nominees must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their respective states of residence, whichever is greater.
• Limit one entry per person or household.
• Limit one prize per person or household.
• Individuals or households that won a prize from the Johnjay and Rich Show within 180 days before the contest began are ineligible.
• Nominators must obtain their nominee's permission before submitting an entry.

How to Enter - Johnjay and Rich’s Christmas Wish Contest

Free Online Nomination:

• Visit the official website: http://www.johnjayandrich.com
• Find and open the Christmas Wish Contest entry form.
• Complete the required information, including your name, email address, telephone number, date of birth and your nominee's name and requested contact information.
• Write an original essay explaining why you believe your nominee deserves to have their Christmas wish granted.
• Keep the essay in English and within the 150-word maximum.
• Enter your essay in the designated text field and submit the completed nomination.

Essay Requirements: Submissions must be original, unpublished and compliant with the contest's content guidelines. Entries submitted by email or fax will not be accepted. No purchase or payment is required.

Random Drawing

This is a skill-based contest, not a random sweepstakes. Eligible nominations will be evaluated by the sponsor and a designated judging panel on a rolling basis from 11/16/2026 through 12/11/2026.

Judging Criteria:

• Creativity: 25%.
• Sincerity: 25%.
• Necessity: 25%.
• Persuasiveness using the emotion of the essay: 25%.

Potential winners will be selected during the judging period, with up to two selections possible on 12/11/2026. Potential winners will be contacted by telephone on Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fridays during the judging period.

The sponsor will make two or three calls on the notification day without leaving a voicemail. A potential winner must answer one of these calls or be disqualified. Selected individuals must accept the prize and complete required documentation within three calendar days.

Prizes - Johnjay and Rich’s Christmas Wish Contest

Christmas Wish Prizes – 7 to 8 Winners:

• Each selected winner will receive an approved Christmas wish granted by the Johnjay and Rich #LoveUp Foundation.
• The specific prize will depend on the Christmas wish described in the winning nomination and the sponsor's approval.
• Possible fulfillment may include requested goods, services, gift cards or cash assistance of equivalent value, as determined by the sponsor.
• Individual prize ARV: $2,500 to $3,000.
• The sponsor intends to award between seven and eight prizes, depending on the value of approved wishes and the available prize budget.
• The total overall prize ARV will not exceed $21,000.
