• You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the Olive Garden customer survey.
• Only legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada partake in the survey
• Olive Garden employees and employee relations are not eligible for the Olive Garden Customer Satisfaction Survey
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter and win
• A total of 10 entries are allowed during the entire promotional period

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• All taxes are the duty of the winner
