Just complete a short survey after your visit and you'll be entered into a random monthly drawing. It's their way of turning feedback into real appreciation. Plus, with 12 drawings over the course of the promotion, you have more than one shot to win.

Whether you respond online with a receipt, scan a QR code at the restaurant, respond to an email invite, or enter by mail without making a purchase, your entry will be counted equally. Cheddar’s Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules

• Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states, D.C., Canada (excluding Quebec), Guam, and Puerto Rico
• Must be 18 years or older (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Void where prohibited or restricted, including Quebec
• Employees of Darden Restaurants or affiliated agencies are not eligible

How to Enter the Cheddar’s Guest Survey Sweepstakes?

You can enter up to 10 times per Entry Period, using one or more of the following methods:

Online (with receipt):

• Make a purchase at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen
• Visit the URL printed on your receipt
• Enter the survey code, complete the questionnaire, and register with your name, address, phone number, and email

Mail-In (No purchase required):

Handwrite your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth on a 3½” x 5” card

Cheddar’s Feedback Survey Winner Selection:

Drawings held monthly, approximately on the 10th day of the following month.

Five winners per Entry Period will be selected randomly.  Winners are notified by the Administrator and may need to verify eligibility. Canadian residents must answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
