• Purchase is not obligatory to enter (except online entry method).
• A Price Chopper / Market 32 purchase receipt is required to complete the survey online.
• Price Chopper / Market 32 staff members, directors, officers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to take the online survey.
• One survey per day is allowed.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other person.
• No purchase or survey participation is necessary to enter the survey sweepstakes drawing.
• Winners are responsible for the taxes.
• There is a limit of one prize per person.
• Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred.
