Just, upload a photo or video of your spooky and creative Halloween decoration in the Penguin Brand Dry Ice Frightfully Cool Halloween Contest 2019 for your chance to win.

Limit: The minimum age requirement for the contest is18 years. There is no limit for submissions as long as each one is unique.

How to Enter:

You are required to upload a photo or video of your spooky Halloween effects created with dry ice.

A panel of judges will judge all the Submissions on or about Monday, November 18, 2019 for each category of entries (Photo and Video). The Submissions with highest scores will be the winners.
