Tell to Stonyfield how you would foster health and wellness in your community and how would you use $5,000 grant towards this project. Actually, your project and the grant will be required to help a non-profit organization such as town or city recreation areas, schools, public parks, etc. Let’s make a difference for someone by entering in the Stonyfield Fuel your Community Contest. One best project will be awarded by Stonyfield with $5000 grant towards project, tennis getaway trip for two plus free organic yogurt to fuel your game.

Limit: Contestant must be 18 year old or older at the time of entry in the contest. Only one entry is allowed to receive for one contestant per email address by any method or combination of methods of entry during the contest period.

During the contest period, visit www.fueledbystonyfield.com and navigate the contest entry page. Then complete the entry form with some personal information as well as confirm your eligibility for the contest and its official rules. You will also have to provide your project title in 10 words or less; upload and/or provide the link to a video on YouTube which complies with the photo or video requirements described in contest official rules, or select an image from sponsor’s gallery; write brief description of the community initiative that you think would be an ace for your community and also description on how would you use a $5,000 grant to foster health and wellness in your community. After filling out all required field, submit your form to receive an entry in the contest.

All approved entries will be posted in vote segment at contest website from September 1, 2011 to November 4, 2011 for public voting. Here website visitors can cast their vote for their favorite entry on the contest website using judging criteria. One person can vote one time using one email address per day.

From all posted entries, ten highest scored entries will be declared as the finalists. Then a qualified panel of judges will choose a grand prize winner, a second prize winner, and a third prize winner from the ten finalists using the equally weighted judging criteria on or about November 14, 2011.

A grand prize winner will be awarded a $5,000 grant to complete the Project that specified in his/her winning entry as well as a trip for two to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina and one year’s supply of Stonyfield organic yogurt in the form of 365 coupons for a free 6 oz. cup of Stonyfield organic yogurt.

As second prize, winner will receive a one year’s supply of Stonyfield organic yogurt in the form of 365 coupons for a free 6 oz. cup of Stonyfield organic yogurt and a $2,500 grant to complete the Project specified in his/her winning entry. And third prize winner will be given one year’s supply of Stonyfield organic yogurt in the form of 365 coupons for a free 6 oz. cup of Stonyfield organic yogurt.

In addition, all ten finalists including the grand, second and third prize winners will be provided a Stonyfield branded soft shell cooler and ten coupons for free Stonyfield 6 oz. organic yogurt products (ARV: $12.50).
