Put your NASCAR instincts to the test in the NASCAR® Swear Jar Promotion for a shot at a progressive cash prize worth up to $15,000. Follow the action, make your predictions, and imagine turning your race-day knowledge into a serious payday. Get your picks in and compete for the chance to claim the growing swear jar.

Limit

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Limit one registration per person during the entire Promotion Period and one Prediction per person per Entry Period. An entrant may be named a Finalist only once during the Promotion.

How to Enter - NASCAR Swear Jar Contest

Online Entry: Visit https://nascarswearjar.com and complete the registration form with your full name, complete address, email address, and date of birth. After registering, you will receive an Alias Name.

Follow the on-screen instructions to predict the total number of eligible Swear Words expected during the NASCAR audio feed for the applicable Race and select the Swear Word you think will be used most frequently. Once submitted, a Prediction cannot be changed.

For subsequent Entry Periods, return to the Website, log in with your email address, and submit a new Prediction for that Entry Period. Predictions do not carry forward.

Finalist Entry: The nine Finalists must log in and submit a final Prediction for the Race scheduled for 11/08/2026 to remain eligible for the prize.

Random Drawing

This promotion uses prediction scoring rather than a standard random drawing. After each applicable Race, Sponsor compares Predictions with its tally of Swear Words. Entrants receive 5 points for correctly predicting the most frequently used Swear Word, 10 points for predicting the exact total Swear Word count, or 5 points for a total count within five words above or below the exact count.

The highest-scoring entrant for each Entry Period becomes a Finalist, subject to verification. Entry Period ties are broken in favor of the Prediction submitted first. Finalist Alias Names are posted to the leaderboard on the Monday after the applicable Race.

After the 11/08/2026 Race, the same scoring process is used for Finalist Predictions. The Finalist with the most points is named the potential winner. If Finalists tie, the winner is selected by random drawing from among the tied Finalists. The potential winner will be notified by email or other contact information provided at registration within a commercially reasonable time after the 11/08/2026 Race.

• The winner receives the total value of the swear jar as a check payable to the winner.
• The swear jar is a progressive prize pool calculated cumulatively across 10 Races, with Sponsor depositing at least $1 and up to $15 per Swear Word.
