CVS Home Team Heroes Contest – Win Up to a $25,000 Soccer Organization Grant

Community spirit, soccer and young leadership come together in the CVS® Home Team Heroes Contest. Two Grand Prize selections can earn their soccer organizations a $25,000 grant while the nominated young players receive additional special recognition and awards. Nominate a deserving young soccer player and give their positive impact a chance to be celebrated.

Limit

• Limit one (1) Entry per Child. A Nominator with more than one eligible Child may submit up to one (1) Entry for each Child, and only one (1) Child may be featured in each Submission.
• Nominators must be legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and age 18 or older. They must be the parent or legal guardian of an eligible child age 7 to 15 who is an active soccer player and a member of a soccer team or soccer organization recognized as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Code.
• Nominees must be legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 7 to 15, and active soccer players.

How to Enter - CVS Home Team Heroes Contest

Online Entry:

• Visit CVSHomeTeamHeroes.com.
• Complete the online entry form and provide the name of the eligible child or charge being nominated.
• Answer each of the three questions about the child’s community impact, the role soccer has played in shaping them, and what being crowned a “Home Team Hero” would mean to the child and community. Each response must be 250 words or less.

• Upload three (3) recent photos of the Nominee: two (2) soccer participation photos and one (1) community involvement photo.

Entries must be in English. Each eligible Submission constitutes one (1) Entry.

Random Drawing.

This is a judged contest rather than a random drawing. Sponsor-selected judges will evaluate all Submissions between 09/25/2026 and 11/01/2026 using four equally weighted criteria: Demonstrated Leadership (25%), Teamwork and Collaboration (25%), Sportsmanship and Character (25%), and Positive Impact in Their Community (25%).

The judging will determine two (2) Grand Prize Entries and two (2) Runner Up Prize Entries. Tied Submissions will be re-judged based solely on the Positive Impact in Their Community criterion. Judges will assess achievements, leadership, community impact and character in light of each Nominee’s age and circumstances.

Prizes - CVS Home Team Heroes Contest

Grand Prizes:

• Number of winners: Two (2).
• $25,000 grant awarded by check to each Nominee’s soccer organization.
• A signed soccer ball from a Sponsor-selected athlete for the Nominee, ARV $300 each.
• A Block Party for the Nominee’s soccer team.
• The Nominee’s likeness may be featured on select Well Market packaging.
• Non-grant portion of each Grand Prize has a total ARV of $1,000.

Runner-Up Prizes:

• Number of winners: Two (2).
• $10,000 grant awarded by check to each Nominee’s soccer organization.
• A signed soccer ball from a Sponsor-selected athlete for the Nominee, ARV $300 each.

All grants are paid directly to the winning Nominee’s soccer organization. Neither the Nominator nor the Nominee receives any money or payment from the grant.
