Provide the following information:

• For the Nominator: First and last name, state of residence, phone number, date of birth, and email address.
• For the Nominee: First and last name, email address, and date of birth.
• Fantasy League Info: Name and relevant details of the league for which the Nominee is commissioner.
• Statement: In 1,000 characters or less, explain why the Nominee “goes hardest” as a fantasy football league commissioner.

Mike’s Hard Lemonade Fantasy Endorsement Deal Contest Winner Selection:

All nominations will be reviewed by a judging panel (Sponsor, Administrator, and Matthew Berry) on or about December 17, 2025. Nominations will be scored equally on:

• Organizational skills as a fantasy football commissioner
• Management skills as a fantasy football commissioner
• Overall passion for fantasy football

If multiple Nominators nominate the same Nominee, all nominations for that Nominee will be reviewed. The top five scoring Nominees become Finalist Nominees. Finalist Nominees will be notified via email. They must contact the Administrator by January 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET to schedule an interview between January 20–30, 2026. Nominees must verify they are 25 years or older and provide a phone number.

Interviews will be conducted via video conference or phone if video is unavailable and will last up to 10 minutes. The judging panel will ask questions to further evaluate the nominee’s performance as a fantasy football commissioner.
