How to participate in Make Yourself at Homesense Contest:

During the Contest Period, visit MakeYourselfAtHomeSense.com, complete the on-screen registration form, including:

1. a) Submission of an essay (in 75 words or fewer) describing why you’re in need of a home refresh.
2. b) Upload one photo of your home space that needs a makeover. Photos must be 10MB or smaller and in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, non-animated GIF, PNG, or BMP.

Contest Entries must be in English.

Make Yourself at Homesense Contest Judging and Winner Notification:

After the Contest Period, eligible entries will be judged based on the following criteria: Originality/Creativity (50%), Most Deserving of a Makeover (30%), Suitability of Space for Makeover (20%). The top 25 entries with the highest scores become Finalists.

Finalists are then judged again based on the same criteria. The top 3 entries with the highest scores are potential winners.

Potential winners must return required documents within five days of notification. Failure to do so or ineligibility will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen from the next highest-scoring Finalist, if time allows.
