The eligible entrants should be 18 years or older at the time of entry. There is a limit of 1 entry per person during the Entry Period.

How to Enter Kelly And Ryan Halloween Costume Contest

Entrants must visit LIVE’s official website kellyandryan.com, click on the Contest-themed link or banner, and follow the online instructions to upload his/her Costume photos (as further described below), and then complete the entry form with the following information: first name, last name, city, state, zip/postal code, daytime telephone number, email address and date of birth.

Photo Submission Requirements:

• Each entrant must upload 4 photos of his/her original Costume, in accordance with the instructions listed on the entry page;
• Photos must feature the Entrant wearing the Costume, and include at least 1 full-length front and 1 full-length rear view of the Costume.

Video Submission Requirements:

Upon request, entrants may be asked to provide additional video footage of up to thirty seconds (:30) in length demonstrating a full 360-degree view of the Halloween costume, in addition to the footage and/or evidence of the entrant constructing his/her Costume.

Live's Halloween Costume Contest 2022 Winner Selection

• Up to 5 Finalists will be chosen by the first panel of judges, from among all eligible entrants, and asked to be a part of LIVE Halloween Costume Contest 2022. The judging criteria for all Costumes will be: 50% Originality, 20% Overall Appeal, and 30% Creativity.
• A second panel of judges will determine the Grand Prize winner on-air, from among the selected Finalists.

Live's Halloween Contest 2022 Prizes

• 1 Grand Prize: The winner will receive $5,000 cash.
• 4 Secondary Prizes (4 Remaining Finalists): Each winner will receive $1,000.
• 5 Finalists Prizes: Each Finalist Prize consists of (a) round trip economy class air transportation to New York, NY; (b) 1 standard room, double occupancy for 1 night at a New York, NY hotel; c) local ground transportation in New York, NY; and d) the opportunity for the Finalist to appear on LIVE with Kelly & Ryan in their New York studio on Mon., Oct. 31, 2022, between the hours of 8 AM ET and 10 AM ET wearing the same Costume they submitted. Additionally, each Finalist will receive $2000 to help cover incidentals and offset any tax liability associated with any prize that they may receive (ARV: $3,200 each).
