How to Enter in Eyemart Express Teacher Appreciation Contest:

On the Contest Website, follow the prompts to access and complete the official entry form. Entrants must submit required personal information, which may include first name, last name, email address, mobile number, mailing address, and/or age.

In addition, entrants must submit:

• Written Essay Submission: A written essay of 1,500 characters or less answering the prompt: “Tell us why you are an outstanding teacher who goes above and beyond for their students and deserve to win the $1,000 prize.”
• Photo Submission: A recent photo of the entrant for potential publicity purposes. Entrants must have permission from the copyright owner of the photo and grant rights for use as outlined in the Official Rules.

After the conclusion of the Entry Period, all eligible Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges (the “Judges”) appointed by the Sponsor. The Judges will evaluate and score each Submission based on the following equally weighted criteria (collectively, the “Judging Criteria”):

• 33.33% Adherence to Topic
• 33.33% Creativity
• 33.33% Originality

One Submission receiving the highest total score based on the Judging Criteria will be selected as the winning Submission.
