How to Enter Denny’s Trillion-Dollar Incubator Contest

• Visit the promotion website at dennys.com/trilliondollarincubator, and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit an official entry form, which may include, among other things, your full name, home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), email address, phone number, date of birth, and related registration information as prompted.
• Then, select your idea category from the dropdown menu (Arts and Entertainment, Technology, Science, or Fashion), then follow the links and instructions to upload a photo of yourself at Denny’s contemplating a “Big Idea” to the Promotion Website being sure to comply with the guidelines and restrictions (Acceptable formats for your photo are .JPEG, .JPG, and .PNG with a maximum of 10MB).
• Add an overview essay of your Big Idea and why it is so “BIG” in 300 characters or fewer.

Denny’s Trillion-Dollar Incubator Contest Winner Selection

At the end of the Contest Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges will score each Submission up to the maximum number of points allowed, based on the following judging criteria:

• The creativity and originality of your Submission (45%);
• The innovative nature of your Submission (45%); and
• The clarity and quality of the photo portion of your Submission (10%).

Quality, clear Submissions will be favored over those with an image that is difficult to see due to darkness, low camera quality, blurriness, etc.

Denny’s Trillion-Dollar Incubator Contest Prizes

• 1 Contest Grand Prize: The winner will win a check for $25,000.
• 4 Finalist Prizes: Each winner will win a $500 in Denny’s gift card.
• 5 Semi-Finalist Prizes: Each winner will win a $100 Denny’s gift card.
