To take part in the Contest Submission Period, please follow these steps:

Visit the designated website, www.courtyardultimateupgrade.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit an official registration form with below details:

1. Explain who you would bring with you to Super Bowl VIII and provide your reasons.
2. Share your NFL "Bucket List" Trip.

Essays should not be no longer than two hundred eighty characters. Anything you submit in connection with the Contest, including the Registration Form and the Essays, constitutes your "Submission."

Courtyard Ultimate Upgrade Giveaway Winner Selection:

Contest Semi-Finalist Judging:

• Five Semi-Finalists will be selected around 11/20/23 from eligible Submissions based on these criteria:
• Originality (50%)
• Quality of Submission (30%)
• Relevance to Contest theme (20%)

If there's a tie, creativity (100%) will break it. Semi-Finalists will move to the Interview Phase.

Interview Phase:

Semi-Finalists will have phone interviews. These interviews will be recorded and must be completed by 11/30/23. Judges will assess interviews using the same criteria as before. The top three move on to the Grand Prize Judging.

Grand Prize Judging:

Around 12/15/23, judges will rank the three Finalist Submissions based on:

• Semi-Finalist Judging score
• Interview ranking
• Effort in Submission/Interview

The highest-ranked submission wins the Grand Prize, pending verification of eligibility and rule compliance.
