How to Enter - U.S. Bank Ultimate Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes

Online Entry: Visit a U.S. Bank Branch, scan the QR code located on signage advertising the Sweepstakes, and submit the complete online registration to receive one entry.

Free Mail-In Entry: Handwrite your full name, street address and email address on a standard-size postcard and mail it to: U.S. Bank Ultimate Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes, PO Box 612, Marblehead, MA 01945. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/31/2026 and received by 01/07/2027.

Random Drawing

Potential winners will be selected in random drawings conducted on or around 01/11/2027 by Promosis, Inc., an independent judging organization. Potential winners will be notified by email from Promosis on or around 01/12/2027 and must complete and submit the required online Winner Eligibility form, and any required liability/publicity release, within three days of the initial notification. The potential Grand Prize winner must also upload a selfie photo and an image of a government-issued photo ID as part of verification.

• Prize includes up to four nights of hotel accommodations for the winner and guest in one room, double occupancy.
• Prize includes $1,000 for food and ground transportation.
• Travel must take place between 02/11/2027 and 02/16/2027, with exact travel arrangements determined by the Sponsor.
• Individual ARV: $19,750.
