Sun-Maid Board of Imagination Contest 2022

Sun-Maid Board of Imagination brings upon the best opportunity for kids and parents this year. The contest is starting in February where parents will have the opportunity to nominate kids ages 6-12 for one of five open seats on Sun-Maid's Imagination Board. Each child will receive $5,000 for themselves in the form of a 529 donation, and $5,000 to go to their school. The kids' schools will also enjoy a year's supply of Sun-Maid snacks. So kids, get ready to show your creativity and imagination to create a beautiful story and win big!

Limit: The contest is open only for parents or legal guardians of children aged between 6 and 12 years. Parents or legal guardians must be 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 in Mississippi) years of age. The entry limit is per person single entry during the promotion period.

How to Enter the Sun-Maid Board of Imagination Contest:

To participate in the sweepstakes, visit the site at https://campaign.rtm.com/sunmaidboardofimagination, fill up the entry form including guardians and child details including full name, email address, child full name, age of the applicable child, and the imaginative story of 250 words describing “ why your child should be a part of the Board of Imagination&rdquo. You will receive one entry in this contest.

Judging of Semi-Finalists & Finalists (January 28, 2022, to February 21, 2022):

Thirty semi-finalists will be selected by the judges and will be required to send a photo and a video under the following criteria of (75%) Creativity/Originality of child’s response and (25%) Leadership explaining why they should be on the Board of Imagination to the administrator via email within three business days of the date of outreach. All video submissions must follow the “ Requirements of Contest Entries” outlined above, be between 1 to 2 minutes in length, and in any of the following acceptable formats: MPG, MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI. Specific directions on video content, and how to submit, will be provided via email. Videos will be reviewed by the sponsor.

After that fifteen entries with the highest score from the judges will be the finalists, whose entries will then move to the finalist public voting phase.

Voting (February 21, 2022, to March 7, 2022):

During the finalist public voting period, anyone is free to vote for their favorite finalist submission. To place a vote, visit campaign.rtm.com/sunmaidboardofimagination and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your vote for your favorite entrant. One vote per person, per day, per email, is allowed.

The potential contest prize winners are announced on or about March 21, 2022, and will be sent an affidavit of eligibility via email.

• 1 $5,000 deposit into a 529 College Savings Account with the child as the named beneficiary,
