Open to legal residents of 50 United States and the District of Columbia

The age requirement to participate in the big lots customer survey is 18 years or older

One entry per person, per email address, per day is allowed regardless of methods of entry

Employees, staff members, agents, and their relatives are not eligible to enter

The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged

The purchase receipt can be used only one time (cannot be re-used) to complete the Big Lots receipt survey

• There are a total of 12 entry periods during the promotional period. One winner will be selected via random drawing from each monthly survey entry period. The drawing dates for each Survey Period is 03/06/24, 04/05/24, 05/10/24, 06/07/24, 07/05/24, and 08/09/24.
• The winners will be notified by email and/or phone. They have to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, an IRS W-9 Form, and where allowable, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. The prize will be awarded within 45 days after verification.
