Today's Homeowner Home Makeover Contest 2020

Many of us think that curb appeal is important for those who are selling their home. But, the visual attractiveness is equally important as the inside. You can maximize the curb appeal of your home with an exterior makeover that too without spending a dime. Today's Homeowner is adding new doors, trim and decking worth $20,000 to your home for a curb appeal upgrade. Not only that, but the improvement project will also be featured on national television in an episode “Today’s Homeowner”.

Limit: Per person per email address one entry is permitted. The minimum age limit to enter the Today's Homeowner Elevate Your Exterior Contest is 21 years old or older.

How to Enter:

Online:

Visit www.todayshomeowner.com/contest and submit the registration form along with a 100 words essay telling how you would like to enhance your home’s exterior (deck, doors, trim) and how those improvements would impact you (your family if applicable) and your home. You can also upload a photo or video pertaining to the theme.

Mail-in:

Handprint your full name, email address, phone number, and Theme-applicable description on a 3”X5” card and mail it to along with the photo to: Today’s Homeowner, Attn:  Elevate Your Exterior Contest, 75 Midtown Park E., Mobile, AL  36606.

Winner Determination:

A panel of judges will select 5 Finalists on the basis of the following criteria:

• Originality of the overall description (50%)
• Relevance to the Contest Theme (50%)

All the Finalists will be contacted by the Sponsor with a short interview request. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen based on the judges’ scoring and interview process.

Home Exterior Makeover (ARV: $20,000)

The prize includes:

• Fiberon decking and railing products selected by the Winner valued up to $7,000
• Therma-Tru Door products selected by the Winner valued up to $5,000
• Fypon Millwork products selected by the Winner valued up to $5,000
• Up to $3,000 in labor and design services
• The Winner and the improvement project will be featured on an episode of “Today’s Homeowner”
