You may submit multiple reviews, but you will receive only one (1) entry per Quarterly Entry Period.

2. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)

To enter without submitting a review, hand-print your full name, address, email, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:
