How to Enter in Maytag Ratings and Review Sweepstakes:

Visit register.maytag.com and register your Maytag product. Then, post a review of any product to receive one entry into the sweepstakes. You may review as many products as you want but you will only receive one entry into the quarterly entry period.

Mail-in Entry Method:

To enter without providing a product review, handprint your name, address, email address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area codes included) on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in a properly stamped #10 envelope to Maytag Ratings & Reviews Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6005, Morton Grove, IL 60053.
