Make a purchase at a participating Wingstop Restaurant to receive a specially-marked cash register receipt and then visit www.tellwingstop.com or call on toll free number 1-866-408-1699 and then enter all required information from your purchase receipt to begin the survey. After that, complete survey with candid feedback and at last complete official registration form to get entry in to the sweepstakes.

AMOE (Alternate Means of Entry):

In order to enter the sweepstakes without completing survey, write down your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and birth date on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to: Wingstop Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Entry, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437.
