There are two ways to get entry in to the survey sweepstakes.

At last, you have to enter all your personal details like first and last names, valid email address, age, home address to enter the sweepstakes.

Mail-in: Write down your first and last names and valid email address on a post card and mail the card to Customer Feedback Sweepstakes, The Gymboree Corporation, 500 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94105.
