In order to complete the survey, you must receive either a survey response card (“Survey Response Card”) or receive a survey response request printed on a selected Point of Sale receipt issued from theatre. After that, visit www.cineplexlistens.com or www.cineplexsurvey.com and enter 17-digit certificate number, date & time of movie to begin the survey. Then, Answering all survey question based on your recent experience at Cineplex and complete survey. Upon completion of survey, you will be asked for entering in sweepstakes drawing. You have to provide all your requested information in entry form to get entry in to sweepstakes.

Mail-in:
