One Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 cash, while three more winners will each take home $5,000. Limit one (1) Entry per eligible person per day. Entrants may use only one (1) email address in the Sweepstakes.

Open only to legal residents who are physically residing in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, or Canada excluding Quebec, and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must also be the current owner of a single-family residence within the Eligibility Area. The rules exclude mobile homes, trailers, recreational vehicles, townhomes, condominiums, cooperative apartments, multifamily residences and rental properties from the definition of an eligible single-family residence.

• Navigate to the Local Sponsor Entry Page and select the Project Home Improved $25,000 Giveaway.
• Complete the requested contact information and electronically agree to the Official Rules.
• Submit the Entry. Each eligible Entry is automatically entered for the national prizes and any applicable Local Prize offered through that Publication.

Random Drawing

Four (4) national winners will be selected in random drawings held on or about 11/14/2026 from all eligible Entries received by the Entry Deadline and combined from all participating Publications.

Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) business days after the drawings using the contact information supplied at entry. A potential winner who does not respond within three (3) business days after Prize Notification may be replaced by an alternate winner.
