Rite Aid Pharmacy Survey Voice of the Customer Sweepstakes
Take some time out from your busy schedule to leave feedback on your recent visit to Rite Pharmacy and help the company provide better services. The company is conducting the survey to know its positive and negative points directly from you. Complete the rite aid customer satisfaction survey and you will be eligible for its Voice of Customer Sweepstakes in which you could win cash prizes. Just like Rite Aid, Boot Pharmacy is also giving you chance to win a free iPad for your loyal feedback.
Limit: Your age must be at least 18 years to enter the Rite Aid Voice of the Customer Sweepstakes. You can receive three entries per month via online surveys and as many entries as you want via mail.
There are two ways to enter: online and mail.
Online: Head over to www.Riteaid.com/pharmacysurvey and select your preferred language. Then, enter the cashier code and 16 digit code from your Rite Aid cash register receipt. Now, answer the Rite Aid customer survey and provide all information requested.
Mail: Handprint your name, address, age, and phone number on a postcard and mail it via first-class mail to: Rite Aid “Voice of the Customer” Sweepstakes, PO Box 16440, Rochester, NY 14616.
One Grand Prize and ten First Prize winners will be randomly selected on pre-determined drawing dates in each Survey Period.
