For each entry period, one winner will take home FREE Hoagies for a Year — yes, a whole year of your favorite Wawa hoagies on the house! Plus, 60 additional winners will grab a $50 Wawa gift card.

Completing the Wawa Customer Satisfaction Survey also allows you to voice your thoughts and experiences, helping to shape the future of your Wawa experience. It’s your chance to ensure that your favorite snacks and meals stay at their best, while scoring awesome rewards in the process. Wawa Customer Satisfaction Survey Rules:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
• Wawa employees are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
• A valid Wawa Store receipt with a survey code is required to participate in the survey.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the Wawa survey and win free hoagies for a year.
• Monthly one entry is allowed. 

How to Participate in the MyWawaVisit Survey:

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by visiting the survey entry page at mywawavisit.com using the website link provided on coupons, fuel pump receipts, or point-of-sale materials at participating Wawa locations. No purchase is required to receive access to the survey link or QR code, and additional access methods may be made available at the Sponsor’s discretion.

After accessing the survey website, participants must complete the survey by answering questions regarding their recent Wawa experience. Entrants must also provide required personal information, including name, address, email address, and phone number. If prompted, a valid survey code must also be entered. Each survey code is limited to one-time use only.

Wawa Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Random Drawing

On or about the third day after each Entry Period closes, a random drawing will be conducted. In each monthly drawing, 61 winners will be selected, including one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) First Prize winners from each of the Sponsor’s 12 regions.
