• Limit one entry per household per monthly entry period, regardless of method of entry.
• Non-winning entries do not carry forward to subsequent monthly drawings.
• Publix Supply employees and their family members are not eligible to enter.
• Open to legal residents of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
• A valid email address and contact number are required.
