A Qualifying Purchase earns one entry.
• Free Mail-In Method: Legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address with no P.O. Box, email address, phone number, age, and Petco Perks number on a plain 3x5-inch paper. Random Drawing

On or about 08/07/2026, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select one potential Grand Prize winner, one potential First Prize winner, and one potential Second Prize winner.

Potential winners will be notified by email or other contact information associated with their entries within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. Each potential winner must sign and return the required declaration of eligibility, liability release, and prize acceptance agreement within three days of notification.
