• Receipt information must be entered exactly as printed to qualify for survey entry
• Each receipt may only be used once during the Sweepstakes Period
• Limit one mail-in entry per postmarked envelope
• All entries become the property of the sponsor
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
• Regardless of method of entry, one entry is allowed per Survey Period.
