Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided on the registration form. Each potential winner must respond as directed within three days of attempted notification and must verify their address and return the required Prize Acceptance Form within three days of initial notification. Failure to respond or return the required documents within the specified period may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner.
