The winner may select from among three NEU Home locations: NEU Lake Travis (located in Travis County, TX), NEU Mountain View (located in Travis County, TX), and NEU Forest Park (located in Bastrop County, TX). The NEU Home includes a 10-year limited warranty.

The total ARV of the grand prize is $312,500.
