If you have an awesome voice and want to get a chance to be the next big star, then here is an opportunity for you. Just upload a video of yourself singing, “Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town” in Cost plus World Market's Star Maker Song Contest and you could win a professional recording session at Los Angeles studio with a top music producer. Plus, there are also $500 free World Market Gift Card up for grabs.

Limit: Per person only one entry is allowed, regardless of method of entry. Entrant must be at least 13 years old or older to be eligible for the contest.

How to participate:

Online: In order to take a part in to the contest, you have to first record a video of yourself singing the song "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town". After that visit www.worldmarketwin.com, upload your video and submit entry form with all requested details.

Participating Store Location: During promotion period, visit a participating Cost Plus World Market store location and locate a Promotion kiosk where follow instructions to record a video of yourself singing the song "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town" using the instrumental soundtrack. After that fill up entry form with all valid details and upload your video to get entry in the contest.

Requirement of video submission:

No longer than one minute and forty five seconds (1:45) in length

Must be less than 200 MB in size

Voting Phase:

Once you submit your video, you will get approval of submission via e-mail within 48 hours after the submission. If your submission gets approved, your video will be posted on the contest website gallery for public viewing and voting.

Judging Phase:

After conclusion of the Promotion Period, all eligible entries will be judged by qualified panel of judges (90%) and by Public Voting (10%). Judges will score the videos on the basis of: Voice (60%), Performance (20%), and Creativity/Originality (20%). 

Local Winner Notification: on or about 12/17/18. 

National Winner Notification: on or about 12/13/18
