Contestant has to submit the below things:

Personal details like Contestant’s first name, last name, e-mail address, home phone number, mailing address, and birth date.
Check a box showing that Contestant is at least 21 years of age and another box that Contestant has read and accepts this Contest’s Official Rules.
A photo of Contestant for verifying identity and for publication in the event that Contestant wins the Grand Prize.
A short description (written statement) of below 100 words stating why Contestant deserves a destination wedding.
Prizes awarded:

One “Grand Prize” winner will get a seven night destination wedding trip for two people at the El Dorado Royale, A Spa Resort, by Karisma, in the Riviera Maya, including round-trip airfare, hotel transportation, hotel accommodations for the bride and groom, a gourmet honeymoon package, ceremony décor, etc.

At the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor will choose around ten Statements from eligible entries for final voting by the judging panel on or before June 1, 2014. The winning Statements will be determined - based 33.3% on creativity, 33.3% on originality, and 33.3% on suitability to the theme of the Contest. The Statements obtaining the majority of votes by the judges will receive the Prize.
