The recipes will be judged by a panel of judges according to the following criteria:

• CREATIVITY – 40%;
• VISUAL PRESENTATION – 30%;
• USE OF INGREDIENTS – 20%; and
• CAVIT WINE PAIRING CHOICE – 10%
