Selected participants will receive a $20,000 sponsorship package to fund a personal or professional pursuit of their choice, whether that’s starting a business, launching a creative passion, investing in education, or leading a community project. Whatever their goal, TJ Maxx is helping to turn that “maybe someday” into a meaningful now.

But the support doesn’t stop at funding. Winners will also be matched with mentors—leaders in their fields who offer expert guidance and encouragement every step of the way. Plus, their stories will be shared nationally, giving these women a chance to inspire thousands of others with their courage, authenticity, and originality.

How to Enter in TJ Maxx You Sponsorship Sweepstakes:

During the Contest Period, visit maxxyouproject.com and complete the registration form, including multiple-choice questions and the following three short-answer questions (each up to 250 words):

1. Staying True – Share a moment when staying true to yourself made a difference. How does that reflect in your work, voice, or daily life?
2. Authenticity as a Risk – Has being true to yourself ever made things harder? Describe a time when authenticity felt risky.
3. Inspiring Others – How could your story uplift or connect with others in your community or platform?

A fully completed and eligible submission counts as one entry into the Contest.

Maxx Your Project Contest Winner Selection:

Finalist Judging & Notification:

On or around July 7, 2025, a panel of judges will evaluate all eligible entries to select up to 20 Finalists based on:

1. Authenticity & Personal Story (50%) – How well the entry reflects a true original and a positive, inclusive tone.
2. Clarity of Vision & Purpose (30%) – Clear goals and how the Grand Prize will help achieve them.
3. Community & Influence Potential (20%) – Ability to inspire and create impact beyond self.

Finalist Notification & Requirements:

Potential Finalists will be notified via email and must return required documentation within 48 hours.

Interview & Final Judging:

Finalists must complete a video interview with the Sponsor. Winners will be selected based on:

• 75% Judging Criteria
• 25% Interview performance

TJ Maxx Women’s Sponsorship Giveaway Prizes:

There are ten Grand Prizes available to be awarded.

Each Grand Prize consists of:

• A $20,000 check, intended to be used toward an opportunity (subject to Sponsor approval) that supports the winner’s personal passion or professional development in alignment with her originality.
• An $8,000 check, intended to help offset potential tax liability associated with the prize.
• In addition, the Sponsor will assign each Grand Prize Winner to one Award Category, as described below. These categories are designed to help each winner access the tools, visibility, and connections she needs to advance — whether that means funding an idea, gaining national exposure, or building meaningful networks.
