Along with your name, phone, date of birth, city, state, zip code, and e-mail, upload your (a) video or (b) photo and story showing and/or discussing your family/holiday dinner or celebration. If submitting a video, it cannot exceed 30 seconds in length. If submitting a photo and story, the story cannot exceed 500 words in length, with the photo and story submitted during same on-line session. Content must be submitted in compliance with the technological requirements and instructions of Website; acceptable file formats are: JPG, PNG, mp4, MOV, Word, or PDF.
