Toyota Customer Survey for Canada

Toyota is well admired automobile company and always brings great innovation to the world. Now it wants to listen your voice and so it has welcomed all of you to share your frank opinions and any kinds of complaints in the Toyota Canada Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest. Your opinions are precious for Toyota to progress. So Canadian, get ready to take Toyota short Survey and enter into the quarterly sweepstakes to win a $1,000 or $500 Esso Gas Gift Card.

Limit: Maximum two entries, each entrant can receive in the contest regardless of the method of entry. Entrant must have reached at the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry in the contest.

You may enter the sweepstakes either via taking survey or via mail. In the entry way of survey, you need to visit customersurvey.toyota.ca and complete your survey. As access code is required for survey and that you can find either on the survey invitation Postcard, or on the email Toyato sent you. Upon completion of the survey, you will receive an entry into the contest. In addition, you can also get an extra entry via mail.

To enter without completing the survey: Neatly hand print your full name, address, telephone number, birth date and, if available, an active e-mail address on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: J.D. Power and Associates, Attention: Contest Entry: Toyota Canada Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest, 130 King Street West, Suite 1309, PO Box 486, Toronto, ON M5X 1E5.

There will be a total of four random draw dates held during the Contest: April 15, 2015, July 15, 2015, October 15, 2015 and December 31, 2015.

Twelve Grand Prizes (three prizes awarded on each draw date): In each quarter, three prizes will be awarded. One prize of a $1,000 Esso Gas Gift Card will be awarded. Two prizes of $500 Esso Gas Gift Cards will be awarded. Total ARV of the Prizes that is awarded in one quarter is $1,500. Total ARV of all Prizes $6,000.
