How to Enter Courtyard Fan Contest 2022

Contest Period (9/8/22 - 3/15/23): The Contest is divided into 3 contest submission periods as outlined in the chart below:

To participate, entrants will be prompted to submit either a 60-second video OR a photo with a short story (with a maximum length of the short story not to exceed the limitations set forth by the applicable social channel) relevant to the theme indicated above using any 1 of the following 3 methods:

• Twitter: Tweet your Submission via your Twitter account using the hashtag #CourtyardFanContest (the Twitter Hashtag) to receive 1 entry. Your Submission must include the Twitter Hashtag in order to be eligible.
• Instagram: Post your Submission on Instagram through your Instagram account using the hashtag #CourtyardFanContest (the Instagram Hashtag) to receive 1 entry. Your Submission must include the Instagram Hashtag in order to be eligible.
• TikTok: Once you create a Submission on TikTok, visit courtyardfancontest.com using your personal computer or mobile device during the Contest Submission Period and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit the registration form, paste the direct link to your TikTok Submission, and submit. NOTE: Only videos will be accepted on TikTok. If a short story is submitted along with a video, the short story will not be judged as part of the Submission.

Sweepstakes Period (9/8/22 - 11/18/22): Entrants who submit their Submission during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.

Courtyard Fan Contest & NFL Sweepstakes Winner Selection

Contest: At the conclusion of each Contest Submission Period will judge each Submission based on the following criteria: 1) Level of Originality (50%), 2) Quality of Submission (20%), and 3) Relevance to Theme (30%).

• Fansgiving Winner Determination: On or about 10/15/22, Fansgiving Finalists will be determined on the basis of Judging Criteria.
• Super Bowl Sleepover Winner Determination: (i) Super Bowl Finalist Interview Phase will feature recorded phone interviews for the finalists selection; and (ii) Super Bowl Winner will be determined upon the completion of all interviews based on the Judging Criteria.
• Draft Prize Winner Determination: On or about 3/20/23, a separate panel of qualified judges will judge each of the Draft Finalists Submissions using the Judging Criteria. The 1 Submission receiving the highest score will be deemed the Draft Grand Prize winner.

Sweepstakes: A total of 3 potential winners will be selected on or about, 11/21/22, from all the eligible entries received by a random drawing.

Super Bowl Sleepover	1 Winner will receive a 6-day/5 night trip for the winner and 3 guests to attend Super Bowl LVII (Arizona). Trip includes a) round trip coach air transportation; b) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (1 room) at a Courtyard Hotel (or similar Marriott International brand hotel) for 5 nights; c) 1-night accommodation (double occupancy for winner and 1 of their guests) inside a custom-built suite within State Farm Stadium on February 12, 2023; d) ground transfers; and e) admission for winner and 3 guests to Super Bowl LVII (ARV: $20,000).
Draft	1 Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for winner and 1 guest to attend the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City (Missouri), and b) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (1 room) at a Courtyard Hotel (or similar Marriott International brand hotel) for 4 nights. ARV: $3,500.
