The Sock It to Me “International Design-A-Sock” Contest

Design-a-Sock is your chance to tell "Sock it to me" what you'd like to see on their socks, and you may win the opportunity to see it created. You'll be able to see thousands of amazing designs. You can win a monetary reward, 12 pairs of socks, and your design could be manufactured if you enter The Sock It to Me "International Design-A-Sock" Contest.

Limit

Entrant should be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and five entry is allowed during the sweepstakes period.

How to enter

Visit contest.sockittome.com and create a sock design using the provided template. Then, either follow the on-screen entry instructions to submit an entry, including the design, via the website, or print the completed entry template with your design and mail it, with your name, age, telephone number, e-mail address and residence address, to: Sock It To Me “International Design-A-Sock” Contest, 9592 SE Main St, Milwaukie, OR 97222.

Selection of semi-finalists, finalists and winners:

Semi-Finalist Selection: Following the conclusion of the entry period, 30 semi-finalists will be selected by judges designated by sponsor from among all designs validly entered into the contest, by applying the following criteria, weighted equally (the “Finalist Criteria”):

• Simplicity of design,
• Use of no more than six colors,
• Use of flat colors (i.e. no shading, blending or half-tones),
• Use of patterns, and
• Originality.

In the event of a tie between any two designs, the design with the highest score in the “originality” criterion will be deemed the higher scoring design. The designs that receive the top 30 highest scores will be selected as semi-finalists.

Finalist Selection: Following selection of the semi-finalists, sponsor will upload the semi-finalist designs to the website, and will invite sponsor’s fans to select via the website designs that they believe should be contest winners.

Random Drawing & Winner Notification

Potential winner of the sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 21, 2021 and will be notified via e-mail.

Prizes

• First Prize: The first prize consists of a $2,000 and your design may be manufactured on real socks and 12 pairs of socks. The ARV of the first prize is $2,141.00.
• Second Prize: The second prize consists of a $1,000 and your design may be manufactured on real socks.The ARV of the second prize is $1,000.
• Third Prize: The third prize consists of a $650 and your design may be manufactured on real socks. The ARV of the third prize is $650.
