Subway stays in touch with its valuable customers on regular basis with a customer satisfaction survey. Subway customers are invited to give their genuine feedback about the recent visit to the restaurant in the Subway customer satisfaction survey. Upon completion of the survey, participants will be rewarded with a coupon code for a free cookie or drink.
The tellsubway free cookie survey takes only 1 minute of your precious time. Both negative and positive feedback is accepted so as honest as possible. If you have recently enjoyed any sub, flat bread, or salad at Subway, then save the purchase receipt to complete the subway survey online. Sharing your opinions, thoughts, and complaints regarding the quality of food, customer service, speed of service, etc. you help the restaurant to make the necessary improvements to satisfy the customers.
As a reward for filling the SubwayListens survey, the participants will receive a redemption code to enjoy a free delicious cookie or a free fountain drink for your next in-store purchase. You have to write the offer code on your receipt and bring it to a participating Subway restaurant to redeem the offer.
Subway Listens Survey Rules
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- Purchase is necessary to take the Subway Survey
- Only legal residents of the United States are eligible for the subway receipt survey
- You must have a genuine receipt of Subway
- One receipt can be used only once
- You can take a new survey every 7 days
- You must conduct the survey within 5 days of purchase
- Prize transfer or exchanged is not allowed
- Subway Restaurant employees are not eligible for the subway free cookie survey
- You must have a valid email-id to participate in global.subway.com survey
- You must keep the receipt to redeem the Subway survey free cookies
- The survey prize must be redeemed within 5 days of taking the survey
How to Take Subway Survey:
To take the subway survey, you must have a purchase receipt with a survey code. It takes only 1-minute to complete the Global Subway Survey online.
1. Visit www.subwaylistens.com, www.global.subway.com, or www.tellsubway.com and enter your email address as well as first & last name to begin the survey
2. After that, provide details like Subway Store number, date of your purchase, time of your purchase, Term ID-Trans.
3. Now, answer all the www.subway.com survey questions honestly on the basis of your last visit to the restaurant
4. Once you complete the survey, you will receive a Unique Offer Code. Don’t forget to write the code on the receipt

Why can't we do the subway survey anymore? The site just has a circle that spins. Why won't some one fix it?
For the past several months I have been eating at the Subway at 806 S. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove, Il.60089. Nita is my server. She is the most competent, friendliest and simply the nicest employee I have ever come across at any fast food restaurant. She knows her product, is most efficient and if that isn't enough, she keeps the place spotless and orderly. She is an intelligent young woman who someday I predict will move up in in your system. I went to the subway on south Tacoma and pine store 62623 I was ordering a sub as always and I asked where Hannah was the ladies where very rude as said she doesn't work here anymore and you can deal with it or go to a deferent subway and with that said I left didn't even get my sub at lest Hannah didn't talk to her customers that way I'm sad she is gone and I will no longer go to this location and I Dont see why any one else will go here knowing they run something like this
The worst subway I ever ate at do not accept the coupons that I get on my text he do not accept gift gift cards and then when you get your food it's cold and they don't put anything on the sandwich even when you ask him Shadyside next to the hospital
I was at the Subway on South Tacoma and Pine store number 62623 and my server was Hannah and she did an awesome job with my sandwich I think she also handled a difficult customer very well the guy behind me had an attitude with her the whole time and she was continue to be nice and with excellent customer service

Nia Thomas and Julia Londa waited on us. These girls are fantastic!!! They are professional and have a great sense of humor. I will be coming back to this Subway just because of these girls.

I live near the 95 & Durango drive and I pass several Subway stores to come to this location. The service is always EXCELLENT!!!. The food is always FRESH. The young lady and young man that serve me is always polite and they provide EXCELLENT service to me and other customers. They great me and other customers as soon as we enter the store which lets me know they notice that they have another customer there for service..
I always have excellent service when I visit this branch no matter how many people are ahead of me.
The clerks do their best not to get flustered, even tho last night the gentleman before me had a severe speech impediment & kept asking me questions instead of listening to the employee. My order was perfectly executed & delicious. Please dp not close this Subway branch. Thanks.
