Was on top of it for me an help me find the right
Tool i need to fix my car back to normal i will be happy
With this guy because he knows what he is doing and
A friendly face to look at when you walk threw that door
I think he will be a good person for this company

Went into your store looking for air fresheners found some on sale listed for 00.35 tried to purchase employees would not sale items for price advertised instead told me the price was 3.65 I thought you were supposed to sale items for price advertised I am not Happy with the way your stores are fleecing the public advertise for one price sale for another

I was in Ravenna ohio about an hour away from where I live me my wife and our four kids when my transmission line blew and I had just enough fluid to make it 2.5 miles to the advance auto parts store but when I got there the people there Jeff and Greg where amazing they did everything possible to get me back on the road they went above and beyond what I ever expected this is the best advance I have ever been to the service was amazing I was back on the road in 4 hours and the only reason it took that long was because they had to find the part I needed great job guys keep up the great work

I went to your store in Eaton, Ohio last week because my check engine light came on. After using the engine analyzer, he told me I needed a cam/crank pos sensor for my 2009 H.H.R. We went into the store and I purchased one. After I went to the mechanic and after he put the sensor in, the check engine light was still on .We came to find out that that was the wrong sensor, so we took it out and put the original back in. I went back to the store and told them that the guy at the store had gave me the wrong part and I wanted to get that amount taken off my credit card. The manager, who was a woman. Proceeded to read me the riot act. She said that since we install in my car that they couldn't resale because it was used. I told her that that wasn't my fault because that was what her employee had told me I needed for my car. She said she was going to get with her employees because they were not supposed to sell parts after doing a diagnostic test on a car, they were only to tell a person what they needed. I told her that was not my fault and I only bought the part because he told me I needed it. She took the part and slung it on the counter and told me more or less that I could never bring another part back to the store. She was VERY un professional and with a very BAD attitude. If you promote people like her to your store, you're going to lose a lot of customers. I will tell you one thing I will NEVER step foot in that place again. SHE CLEARLY IS DOING A PISS POOR JOB OF COMMUNICATING WITH THE EMPLOYEES. I 'd advise you to take a better look and who you are promoting here in Eaton, Ohio. After she treated me like dirt, I heard one of the employees asked her if she was scratching off a lottery ticket. I wonder did I interrupted her when she was messing with a lottery ticket instead of doing her job... I'm a older person and I was always taught to have respect for the customer.... You need to give better training to your store managers. The employee who waited on my was nice and I felt so sorry for him. You must have a big turnover with employees since she is so hard to get along with....
