• To give feed back on waitrose.com, enter your order number and your local branch from the top of your delivery receipt and click the “Start the survey” button.
• Choose the date & time of your visit. When each step is completed, press the button marked “Next” to continue.
• Follow the instructions to complete all the survey questions based on your experience.
• Enter your email address, full name, address, city, zip code and phone number to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Here, you can select to participate in the future researches or get information about special offers, promotions, offers and more. Check “Yes” if you are eligible to get Partner benefits.
• Answer additional questions if you would like to.
