Limit: One entry per person and per email id is permitted throughout the survey period. Entrants need to have completed minimum 18 years to get entry into the sweepstakes.

To complete survey, visit participating Coles Supermarkets and collect Tell Coles invitation card. Visit official site www.tellcoles.com.au within 4 weeks of collecting the card and provide card details to complete survey for entry into the competition.

Total 40 winners will be elected randomly in 5 prize drawing dates from all completed entries.

Each winner will win a $1000 Coles Gift Card.

After 5 draws, one reserve winner draw will be conducted. If any winner failed to report in 14 days after declaration of winners, prize will be given to reserve winner.
