Super One Foods Customer Feedback Survey to Win a Surprise Gift Cards

However, such grocery stores find out the actual need of customer first and think how they change over time. Super One Foods is one of them and they are welcoming their customer in survey to receive their feedback to rectify its mistakes. Limit: Entrant can submit only one survey per person per email address. The age of entrant must be at least 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

How to enter:

There are two ways to get entry in to the promotions:

Online: Visit www.super1foodsfeedback.smg.com and enter all requested details like store number, operator name, date and time of visit to get started. After that, respond all survey questions based on your most recent shopping experience at the store. Upon completion of survey, you have to provide your personal details like name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth to get entry in to the sweepstakes drawing.

Mail-in: In order to get direct entry in to the sweepstakes, just write down your personal details like your name and residential address telephone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to: Guest Survey Monthly Sweepstakes, P O Box 1411, Tyler, TX 75710.

10 random drawing will be conducted each on or about the 10th day of the month following an Entry Period.
