How to Participate in Storeopinion.ca Superstore Survey

There are two ways to enter the Loblaws customer survey. You can complete the survey online or via call. No purchase is necessary as you can also easily begin the survey without a receipt. Below is the step by step guide to complete the Loblaws shopper survey.

Online Entry Method:

1. Visit www.storeopinion.ca and enter the 19-21 digit code located in your purchase receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, just tick the “Don’t have a receipt” option to begin the survey. You can also change your preferred language: English, Spanish, Punjabi, or Chinese.

2. Then, choose any store (No Frills, Maxi, Loblaws, etc.) you wish to leave your feedback

3. Now, enter the date and the time of your visit

4. Answer all the survey questions that appear on your screen according to your shopping experience at the store

5. After the completion of the survey, you will be asked to enter the Loblaws contest

6. Just, provide your personal information to receive one entry into the Loblaws sweepstakes prize draw.

Phone Entry Method:

You can also complete the survey via Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”). Just, call 1-800-531-2928 during a given Monthly Draw Period and follow the prompts to complete the survey.

Loblaws Store Opinion Winner Selection

Participants must be a PC Plus member to be eligible for the PC Plus points. You must provide the same e-mail address you use as a PC Plus member.

There are a total of 12 monthly entry periods during the promotional period. Two winners will be selected via random drawing every month on predetermined drawing dates. The Drawing dates are February 7, 2024, March 7, 2024, April 9, 2024, May 7, 2024, June 10, 2024, July 9, 2024, August 8, 2024, September 10, 2024, October 8, 2024, November 7, 2024, December 10, 2024, and January 8, 2025.

The winners will be notified by phone call within 4 business days of the selection. The Winners are required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and sign a standard declaration and release form.
