Puppy Bowl 2021 Sweepstakes Winner Selection:

One grand prize winner will be determined through a random drawing on approximately February 4, 2021, and contacted by phone or email within 3 business days following the drawing. The winner has to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification.

Puppy Bowl Sweepstakes Prize:

One lucky grand prize winner will receive a donation of $5,000 made in Grand Prize Winner’s name to a non-profit animal shelter of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice; a one-year subscription to DOGTV (ARV: $85)
