So just make a minimum $5 purchase through your Papa's Rewards account before Jan. 6 and get entry in to the sweepstakes to enjoy free pizza pie for an entire 365 days straight.

Limit: Only one entry is allowed per person per email address. The minimum age limit for the sweepstakes is 18 years old or older.

With purchase:

Make a $5 minimum purchase, with your Papa Rewards Account, after that visit PapaJohns.com or the Papa John’s app to register or login into your existing Papa Rewards account. Then, place a Papa John’s order with a minimum $5.00 purchase amount and submit to receive one entry.

Mail-in:

In order to receive an entry without making a purchase, just write down your personal details like name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it to: Papa John’s – Papa Dough Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 99900, Louisville, KY 40269-9990.
