Mail-in:

Write down your personal information like full name, email address, and your date of birth on envelop and mail it to: “Destined for Paradise Sweepstakes” C/O Allied Integrated Marketing 2005 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (the “Mail-In Entry”).

One grand prize winner will be selected randomly on or about October 12th, 2018 from all eligible entries.

(1) Grand Prize: a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for two to Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Trip consists of round trip, economy class air transportation, three (3) night standard hotel accommodations, one (1) four hundred dollar ($400) corporate check to cover expenses including local transportation and meals. (ARV: $4950)
